Basically i needed a place to store the chucks for a wood turning lathe when not in use. The plate is 120x120x5mm The threaded part is 40mm high and cut to a 1 1/4 x 8 TPI RH i printed this in petg for added strength

Altered the design as the original had holes for buttons which i didnt require.
I didnt need the side open like the design so i made a simple panel to hold another cooling fan
The fans i had were only 50x50 so rather than order more fans i designed a simple reducer for the "top"
