Print with 100% infill, and use a headset bearing press to hold it against the BB. Then a pipe wrench around the block to tighten it. Didn't slip at all, and the plastic was not even deformed.
Secure into the bridge with an M5 flat head bolt and use a larger arm pad to cover the increased area. Print with 4 walls for better strength, and a solid infill modifier around the bolt hole. Mirror the part for the other side elbow pad.
