Cut the lid middle file so it doesnt require supports, you will need to print two of the lid_middle_cutouts. Get the rest of the files from the original model page.
Adding this diffuser between the PCB and the opaque screen will cause the pixels to blend together. Stretch the z-height to increase the blending between pixels. A SVG has been included in case you want to laser cut a diffuser.
