hello there;
I was having a trouble about finding good and organised cast net horn for american type (well in here it is called like this) cast net so I decided to design for myself.
here it is:
usage:
- around the outer circle you will need to tie 9 loops for each part. at the end you will have 36 loops to start your cast net.
- after two rounds of weaving (or making meshes) you will be in round of widening. you will make 1 widener loop for each 3 loops till the end. so at the end you will have 12 widener on your net and this will go all the way.
- while tying braille/puller lines to your net, you will use inner circles of the horn. for each inner circle pass 3 lines and match each of them with last widener column/mesh/lead line etc.
by that you will have your net tied and organised and braille lines will never scramble.
have fun and please mind the limits.
p.s. I have added the freecad file as if you may want to make changes.
