I just got the purifier today, and I was anxious to get it off my worksurface while keeping it very near the ABS-printer.
Pulling only the top portion of the referenced design from ThreeDeeByRusty, I knocked together a wall mount bracket for it.
M3 screw helps hold it all together after wall-mounting with generic screws.
Revised: Printed in ABS with 4 walls @ .2 layer height, .45 wall width, 20% infill.
The model was lacking in ridgity, so I've uploaded a revised version which is a tank. Photos show the new version.
