Print in PETG because the extra elasticness of the plastic provides the snap-action that you want in a Lego removal tool.  I printed with both Overture and Kingroon PETG with excellent results from both.

  • Nozzle size 0.4
  • Wall Loops: 6
  • Top and Bottom Shell Thickness: 1.6
  • Infill: Gyroid 15%
  • Support: normal(auto) at 15%
  • Brim: None
  • Top Z Distance for supports: 0.28  (increase to 0.30 if the supports are too sticky)
  • PETG temp 245C
  • Smooth plate:  88C initial and 75C Other layers

After printing, use a small flat screwdriver to pry the support plastic from the holes by positing the screwdriver's blade between the upper section of the holes on the left, then pry, then the right, then pry.  It's considerably easier than using a needle nose pliers alone.
