User Shonk made a great little widget for tracking actions and reactions in Pathfinder 2, and was also kind enough to provide a blank version. This remix uses four arbitrary icons to assist tracking other kinds of statuses, for example extra action from quickened, extra reaction from some feats, statuses such as panache (Swashbuckler) or spellstrike (Magus), etc.
The icons were chosen to be just some generic symbols - meaning is intended to be assigned by individual players for their own needs. The icons are from game-icons.net.
