I made this model a long time ago after taking inspiration from a widely available product on the market.

It was part of a university project on the subject of how 3D printing can aid people on a short notice.

The model is comprised of several parts, all of which can be glued in. The sock “funnel” can also be screwed into it's connecting / intermediate component.

The handle is split in 3 parts, which be glued. The “shoe horn" portion is printed flat but can be bent into place by using a hairdryer.

There are files for TPU strips to be attached to the bottom of the device to prevent it from sliding. Actual rubber strips would probably be better.

There is a small hook like part that gets glued to the base and is used to pick up the device with the shoe/sock-horn.

Step file is available for further modifications
