Personal Effects Tracker prototype v1

This is a pressure sensor that is intended to detect whether your personal effects (wallet, keys, etc.) are present.

Currently just a very basic pressure pad prototype consisting of a plate and a base with a slot for a FSR. Eventually, it will interface with Home Assistant to detect when you arrive home and then yell at you if you don't put your personal effects away.

Print both parts with their flattest side down. I printed in PLA using PrusaSlicer's “0.20mm QUALITY” and “External perimeters first” settings.

Place an FSR (I used this one but any appropriately-sized FSR will do) in the middle of the base and wire it up to your Arduino. The four supports on the plate snap into the four holes on the base. The central post on the plate is what presses on the FSR.

I wired the circuit according to this tutorial. GitHub repo with Arduino code is here.
