Donāt be scared by the size of these big Halloween beads š they are meant to stand out 𤩠I created 10 pairs of Halloween designs & each pair includes a bead for vertical stringing and horizontal stringing. These are perfect for trick or treating buckets/bags, keychains, labels for gifts, etc.
3D Print Settings: PLA works great Layer Height 0.16mm, Infill 15% No supports needed
Note: I recommend you turn on the āāDetect thin wallā setting in your slicer program.
Dimensions of beads: 1 inch diameter x ā inch thick
Note: Beads can be scaled smaller or larger. When printed at 100%, the diameter of the hole in each bead is 3mm (just fyi.)
I have included a 3mf file with the following print profiles (please note each print plate contains two beads: one for vertical stringing and one for horizontal stringing):
- Print Plate #1 (Pumpkin): two colors
- Print Plate #2 (Candy Corn): three colorsĀ
- Print Plate #3 (Bat): two colorsĀ
- Print Plate #4 (Ghost): two colorsĀ
- Print Plate #5 (Spiderweb): two colorsĀ
- Print Plate #6 (Spider): two colorsĀ
- Print Plate #7 (Cat): two colorsĀ
- Print Plate #8 (Eyeball): three colorsĀ
- Print Plate #9 (Witch Hat): three colorsĀ
- Print Plate #10 (Frank): two colors
Other items you will need: Elastic cord (1mm or 1.2mm thick recommended) Tassels Metal Keychain Clasp

How to print: You can use the beads on the plate you need and delete the ones you donāt need but I like to keep the original beads on each print plate and copy/paste the letters I need onto an additional print plate.
How to assemble the keychains: Secure the elastic string or cord to the metal clasp and thread letters on. Stretch the elastic string to make it a little tight and then tie the tassel onto the end.
Have fun printing!!
