Luba's front bumper likes to get stuck and tangled in different obstacles in our backyard, that's why side protectors have been designed, which prevent such unwanted incidents. Side protectors prevent obstacles from getting in between the front wheel and the front bumper.
The design was printed and tested multiple times and perfectly fits Luba 2 AWD (Mammotion) model. Finished product doesn't need any post-printing manufacturing and once its printed its ready to use.
3D printing settings:
It was printed on Elegoo Neptune 4 pro printer, with rapid PLA+ filament.
-Layer height: 0.2mm
-Infill: 20%
-Printing temp.: 200-220°C
-Build plate temp.: 70°C
Raft was used to minimize warping. Supports are needed.
The model fits diagonally on the build plate size 230x230. You can print both protectors at the same time (see picture), but for better print quality it is recommended to print them separately.
