Power strip mounting systems are horrible and a pain to use. In my case, the keyholes weren't even cut correctly so it was impossible for screws to move to the top of the keyhole. It's clear that the people who made mine don't even understand how they're supposed to work and were just cargo-culting the design. \rant
My (uplift desk) power strip has two 3/8" (9.5 mm) holes, about 4.5 inches (114 mm) apart. I'm not sure how common this configuration is, but the general idea should work for any layout.
I first printed the “key” part by itself, to make sure it fit correctly. This helped me realized that there was a bunch of flash in the hole that I had to trim out to get the key to slide into the slot. Next I printed two keys connected at my 4.5" spacing to make sure they would slide in together okay. Then I printed the full mount.
I printed mine with supports, which were able to be cut out with little bit of work with a small hobby knife. I've included two models. The first is my ideal design, which includes a little nub at the top to help keep it locked in place. The other is a shortened design that I can actually print on my Mini. I couldn't actually test the ideal design.
