Love the Fireball tools fixture clamps and jigs so designed and printed some basic models. Printed these in PETG-CF at 100% infill so they are reasonably strong. Used M6 heated inserts to be able to bolt tabs to them for guidance and/or extra clamp points.
The jigs are designed so you can weld inside edges whilst they are clamped.
