I just purchased a LazyBoy recliner and found the lever for the foot stool was set too far down so I came up with this little adapter to make things easier. It especially helps with my arthritic hands and makes raising and lowering the foot stool a breeze.
Print it with regular PLA @ 20% infill standing up and use Organic / tree support with a top contact z distance of 0.30mm. They will practically fall off by themselves, Once done it just slides on to the handle and stays there with a friction fit. It's easily removed if need be.
I made two versions. One with a single handle and another with a double handle. My preference is the double.
