Parametric model for creating custom sight elevators. Attached are the files for a set of 10mm elevators I use on my Feinwerkbau 603 air rifle.
Parts
- Printed sight elevator
- 2x M3x16 bolts
- 2x M3 threaded inserts
Assembly
- Print the sight elevator
- Using a soldering iron melt the threaded inserts into the holes on the side without the ruler on top
- Thread the bolts through the holes and into the inserts
- Done!
Customization

The parameters probably explain themselves but here is a quick overview:
Length: The length of the elevator
Height: The height of the elevator
Top text: The text to display on top of the upper dovetail
Width of dovetail base: The width of the bottom of the dovetail
Height of lower dovetail: The height of the dovetail the elevator sits on
Angle of dovetail: The angle of the sides of the dovetail
Height of upper dovetail: The height of the dovetail on top of the elevator
