I designed an insert for my older model Craftsman table saw using the SCAD model by GmEyedDvi and split it in Fusion360 so I could print it on my 10" printer bed.
I moved the magnet mounting holes to correspond to the wider ledge on my saw. I used 12mm diameter by 3mm think magnets.
I have included the Fusion360 files so you can change the size or location of the the magnet holes and the thickness of the insert. I chose not to use adjustment screws and will see how accurate the depth of the pocket on my saw is. So far, so good.
After printing the two parts I glued them together using Plast-I-Weld glue which is made by Flex-I-File.
