As in summary.
In real, thats not tesseract. Tesseract is figure, that you can't imagine, becouse you live in 3-dimensional world. This model is best representation- just 3d shadow of 4 dimensional tesseract. The internal cube istn't really inside. That cube have same dimensions as external, but it's further in the fourth dimension. That's why its smaller.
You can use 4 lines mesh(placed in one dimension) to create square
You can use 6 squares mesh(placed in two dimensions) to create cube
You can use 8 cubes mesh(placed in 3 dimensions) to create tesseract :)
