Generally, I print this with a Z=40mm (uniform scaling enabled), on my (terrible) Artillery X3 Plus, using Cura (5.8.0 as of uploading this model).
I use 0.2mm layer height, 0.24mm initial layer, and 3 walls with 1.32mm wall thickness.
Z Seam = Random. 0.68mm Top/Bottom Thickness. 3 tops and bottoms.
8.0% Cross3D Infill.
My piece of junk Artillery X3 Plus manages to print up to as high as Z=57.15mm (uniform scaling enabled) without the need for supports (when it manages to print at all, that is). YMMV, but if you do use supports, I recommend blocking the flex joint; it's a big pain getting all the support material out of the joint.
