After upgrading the printer to the unpatched upstream Klipper firmware, the Qidi touchscreen no longer works. (Compare https://github.com/leadustin/QIDI-up2date-english/blob/main/Klipper-Update/update+upgrade.md)
I used this adapter plate to replace it with a generic Waveshare 5" touchscreen that is run of a separate rpi with klipperscreen.
Hardware:

- 4 small self tapping screws
