This pulley is simple and easy to print. The wheel comes in two parts that must be glued together.
The model files below are usable with a M4x35mm bolt and two interlocking nuts (or use loctite with a single nut). A little silicon grease makes it roll smoothly.
Modify the variables in the onshape design to generate your custom version.
