Both STL's are the same, the rotated file just makes printing simpler.
Print with the ghost at an angle (using the rotated file) as shown in image 3, printing it in this orientation doesn't need supports.
I printed with 70% infill, 4 walls, 0.28 initial layer and a brim to help with adhesion.
It needs to have a high infill/solid to make it more stable in the upright position.
