About this model

This model was designed in FreeCAD - FOSS (Free and Open-Source Software) 3D parametric modeler. Source file is available.

It is not 100% accurate in details, but proportions are true to original. Requires glue and metal pipe (8x1000 mm) to be assembled. Might also require sandpaper and a file.

On images below pink parts are printed pins and blue parts are two pieces of the metal pipe.

Update 6 Feb 2025: All parts have been re-uploaded in a new format (full model, plates and part in 3mf).

Update 8 Feb 2025: The description has been rewritten completely.

Update 15 Apr 2025: Added missing parts (body_detail_a, display_detail_a).

Extra supplies

You need glue and metal (aluminum) pipe 8x1000 mm. You have to cut this pipe into two parts 8x140 mm and 8x780 mm.

Parts from multiple pieces

This parts are split into multiple pieces and should be glued before painting process.

Receiver: “receiver_a”, “receiver_b”, “receiver_detail_a”.

Upper receiver: “upper_receiver_a”, “upper_receiver_b”, “upper_receiver_c”.

Display (a): “display_a”, “display_a1”, “display_a2”, “display_detail_a”.

Display (b): “display_b”, “display_b1”, “display_b2”.

Body: “body_a”, “body_b”.

Rail lock: “rail_lock_a”, “rail_lock_b1”, “rail_lock_b2”, “rail_lock_b3”, “rail_lock_b4”.

Rail: “rail_b”, “rail_c1”, “rail_c2”, “rail_detail_c”.

Assembly process

These are recommended steps to assemble the model.

Stock: “stock_a”, “stock_b”, “stock_c”, “stock_d”. Be aware that “stock_d” is a small part and it's not visible on images here.

Receiver: receiver*.

Barrel: “barrel_a”, “barrel_b”.

Grip: “grip_a”, “grip_b”, “grip_c”, “grip_d”, “trigger”. You should place “grip_c” first to make it easier to fit everything together.

Upper receiver: upper receiver*, “upper_receiver_details_a”, “upper_receiver_details_b”, “upper_receiver_details_c1”, “upper_receiver_details_c2”.

Body: body*, “body_c”, “body_d”, “body_detail_a”. Be aware that “body_c” must be glued to body* first!

Handle: “handle_a”, “handle_b”, “handle_c”, “handle_d1” and “handle_d2”, “handle_detail_a1” and “handle_detail_a2”

Barrel end: “barrel_end_a”, “barrel_end_b”, “barrel_end_c” x2, “barrel_end_d”.

Display: display (a)*, display (b)*.

Rail lock: rail lock*.

Rail: rail*, “rail_a”, “rail_detail_a”, “rail_detail_b”.

Magazine: “magazine_a”. I suggest gluing it at this stage (and letting the glue to “dry”) to minimize the risk of snapping it off.

Rest of the parts. Now all that's left is to add all the details: receiver and body pins, “receiver_detail_b”, “receiver_detail_c”, “receiver_detail_d”, “receiver_detail_e”, “magazine_b” x2, “barrel_detail_a1”, “barrel_detail_a2”, “barrel_detail_b”.

Optional

You may want to print a separate magazine, for example to tape it on the model or carry it as a part of a costume. All parts are on a plate 10: “magazine_bullet_a”, “magazine_bullet_b”, “magazine_bullet_c” (separate bullet!), “magazine_a”, “magazine_b” x2.
