Print the case and the lid, and assemble the case by threading a piece of filament through the side and lid holes to function as an axle. Cut the filament slightly shorter than the axle hole and push it in.
Print the lid upside down and the case smiley side at the bottom against the sheet. You shouldn't need any support but if you don't have a good bed adhesion you might need a brim for the case.
The samples were printed with a 0.6 nozzle and 0.2 layers.
