Chip trays have room for one more chip each.  This also makes it more convenient to take them out of trays, but they do tend to jiggle and clack.   If you'd rather have tighter trays, adjust the ‘slack’ parameter in the included Fusion file.  I didn't give much thought to how things fit in the box - it wasn't meant to be an insert - but things end up fitting pretty nicely.  See photos for reference.

Printing notes: no supports required.  Some of the taller parts (lids for money/fame tokens) may be too tall for some printers.  They print nicely when tilted at 45 degrees with a few supports.

Included PDF file has labels for the chip trays.  Honestly names may be a better choice than pictures.

Trays for counters aren't in the Fusion file, they are generated by a script, via OpenSCAD, see https://github.com/mponomar/countergen
