This is designed for the Beekeeb Chocofi or hot-swap variants of the amazing Chocofi.
I made this to solve a few problems:
- Makes space for a bigger battery (I need this to run the trackpoint module on my keyboard). I am using this 750mAh cell from Typeractive.
- Adds 5 degrees of tilt
- Supports hot-swap sockets (the case in the repo does not fit)
Todo:
- Make unique left/right halves (I only need the big battery slot on the right side)
- Make recessed circles for small rubber grip feet
- Add a bottom battery cover
- Add some additional styling
Printing:
- Mirror the part to create the left half
- Printed using ABS-like resin on a Mars 4 Max
- Should work with FDM, just be mindful of small/flexible battery clip features
