Magnetic snap sunglasses case for phone wallet xperia 10 iv

Case for magnetic sunglasses from owndays snap series, with elastic band slot, fits over a sony xperia 10 iv wallet,

Requires: 

• 4 * m2x16 bolt  
• 4 * m2 nuts
• felt/soft material to line case
• 150mm * 20mm elastic loop (I used 300 mm * 20mm and sewed the ends to a piece of cotton tape
• 2 * 5mm dia. 2mm depth neodymium magnet
• 3mm x 10mm x 30mm bar magnet (optional, if your case has a magnetic lid like mine) 

Print list:

• 1  * base bottom
• 2 * glasses top
• 1 * glasses filler cupboard - mass
• 1 * glasses filler cupboard - lid 

The final sandwich of parts will be as such:

• glasses top
• glasses filler cupboard - mass + lid
• glasses top
• base bottom
• phone case

Assembly: 

• press fit the m2 nuts into the hexagonal slots at the bottom of base bottom this is a tight fit, so you'll need some clamps to press it in.
  
• loop the elastic band over the base bottom drop in the magnets if you have them, glue optional, as they will be sandwiched between the other layers
  
• sandwich one layer of glasses top
  
• align the glasses filler cupboard - mass with another piece of glasses top, you can use the bolts here to hold them in place and attach the glasses filler cupboard - lid via the slot and the m2 bolt. Keep in mind this will be attached to the other sandwich we already prepared, so the filler cupboard should be at the bottom
  
• flip the glasses top + filler cupboard assembly, and double sided tape/hot glue your cushioning material
  
• sandwich the glasses top + filler cupboard assembly to the glasses top + base bottom assembly, tighten the nuts till they go through the bolts
