CONCEPT
Many students relocate for their studies, often struggling to maintain long-distance relationships.
The LightUp lamp addresses this challenge by serving as both a lamp and a holder for a phone and headphones, facilitating connection during long video calls with friends and relatives.
While forming a shape I was inspired by a metronome, a device that produces a rhythmic click at intervals set by the user.
Just as a metronome, relationships need a consistent rhythm and a certain tempo to thrive.
