DIY Case for RIDEN RD6006 with power supply.

Sliced with simplify 3D. Manual supports in overhang locations. Print with opening for RD6006 on bed.

designed to be printed split in half and assembled. Feel Free to customise have incuded fusion 360 file. (keep in mind I am a beginner and a hobbyist so my fusion file is probably very messy)

Printed in PETG with modified PLA settings on Cocoon Create(Wanhao I3), Increased retraction distance and coasting enabled.

239 degrees C hot end.

Layer 1 109 degrees Layer 2-End print 60 degrees Fan 70% starting at layer 2

Will work probably with other filaments but have not tested.

Uses all M3 Bolts and Nuts. 35mm and 40mm lenghts, I cut and filed M3 bolts for Power Supply mount.

The bolts for power supply are probably close to 15mm length but just cut longer ones with bolt cutters. (I suggest thread a nut on before you cut the clean the threads after cutting as you wind it back off)

this power supply was used. https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/AC-220V-240V-To-DC-60V-6A-8A-10A-17A-Switch-Power-Supply-Driver-For-Strip-Lights/254399308568?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&var=553997550601&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649

Power supply bolts in the standoff holes. Use lock-tight to make sure doesn't come loose as their is only about 5mm of thread available in the holes.
