This is a super simple spool thing. 30mm of spooling height and 15mm of spooling thickness. Has a hole to put a piece of your solder/wire through for easier spooling.

I know there are no holes to put it on a spool holder but I couldn't be bothered.

Simple modifications

The spool can be made taller by selecting the “Spool-Base/cutout” object in PS, but the hole at the bottom will of course scale too. And you might need to select the Cylinder object and make it “drop to build plate” afterwards.

Advanced modifications

I lost the CAD file, just draw it again yourself, with whatever modifications you want. This one is not rocket science.

Printing

I printed with PLA+ at 215c nozzle temp and 50c bed temp, no supports, 0.2mm layer height, 2 vertical shells and 15% infill. Pics will be added if I don't forget.

Assembling

Once printed, the parts can be fitted together (might want to use glue, or if you end up with a small gap between the inner and outer perimeter of the smaller side (indicated as “Spool-Top” in the model) you could make it press fit by twisting a flat head screwdriver in that gap), and solder (or whatever wire you have) can be spooled around it.
