A quick little design i whipped up for fun, wanted to see how well it would work when printed. A modification on my Pin Joint 3.0 Design. Same settings as before, printed solid with tree supports and such. Included also is the boolean bits for if you want to use them in your own projects.
To be perfectly honest, i hadn't intended on this being an upgrade or additional “feature” to my previous design the “TP-Unit01” but because i scaled the joint halves so close the ones on that figure, it just ended up working out. (please note that if you re-scale the joints in this file, it will no longer be compatible with “TP-Unit01”) “TP-Unit-01” files are not included here, go to this link instead to download that:

I've also included the double joint upgrade in that download if you just want to download that and not the test boxes and boolean bits.
If the joints are too rigid, it's because the tpu friction becomes “tacky” when cool/cold, warm them up a bit (i just breathe hot air on them like i'm warming my hands) and they should loosen up again, good as new, and movement will be silky smooth for a long time.
