I recommend printing the base with PETG at 0.3 layer height, and the insert with TPU at 0.2 layer height.
Please post your makes! Confirmed fits a Subaru Ascent.
I applied super glue on the TPU piece and then inserted it into the base, so that when you pull your drink out, it doesn't pull things apart. Also, be sure to firmly push the base into the car's cupholder. I found that the friction seems to be enough to keep it in there securely but of course you can remove it if you have a larger drink (such as a Yeti tumbler).
