Sanding blocks based on 9x11" sanding paper. Compliant mechanism to stretch and retain sandpaper.
Assembly
- Cut/rip sandpaper to correct size
- For "0125" model: 9"x1-3/8" (1/8 sheet)
- For “025” model: 9"x2-¾" (¼ sheet)
- Wrap paper around sanding block
- Press the Top piece into the heel of the sanding block, pinching the paper
- Press the Top piece into the from of the sanding block, pinching the paper
