My son and I finished putting together this month's Hack Pack. It was snagging on the bottom, where the two cardboard pieces marry. We whipped this up in OpenScad, and printed it off. We wanted to make sure that there was no way that the sand could spill, so we added a wall to the outside. The foam is a pretty tight fit, and I think we nailed the dimensions. Next is a laser cut acrylic top, that I am going to call the “Spouse Friendly Mod”.

I've put what I think is the most restrictive licence on here. When I get guidance from the Hack Pack Discord I'll update.
Edit 2, added an .svg for laser cutting an acrylic lid, to replace the split ring.
Edit:They said to make it open: so GPL v3.0 it is!
