I needed some light wheels for a RC airplane I built so I designed these. I started with the hub diameter of 8mm and thickness of 8mm and diameter to outside ring (tire) at 70mm and then changed up the design inside. I made the outside rounded like a tire would be. I use a 2mm wire for the axle with a wheel collar. I printed in ASA with 3 walls and 15% 3D Honeycomb infill. All of them came out to 7grams or less in weight. ASA is lighter than PLA and PETG.
