This is a simple multi-material, low-profile vibration dampener that utilizes thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). The dampener itself is crafted from TPU for its excellent shock-absorbing properties, while the base is made from PETG, providing durability and strength.
I have included two different versions of the TPU part for you to choose from. One is hollow with a 1.5mm wall and the other is solid for you to adjust the infill and wall thickness to your liking.
My settings for the base in PETG was 25% infill - Gyroid.
For the solid TPU part I went with 4 walls and 25% Concentric infill to make it stiff, but with decent vertical squish. If you find a better combination let me know how awesome yours is!
The TPU part should slide in with a little bit of force and stay in on its own.
The screw holes are made for #8 screws, but will accommodate normal wood screws as well.
