A box/package cutter designed with safety in mind (no more sticking a cutter in your pocket with a blade you forgot to retract). Can be used one handed with blades recessed and protected to reduce injury and protect package contents. Uses one (1) Stanley No 1992 blade (which can be replaced) and three (3) M4x6 panhead screws.
