I started with a concept SVG, exported it to a PNG and edited away everything that wasn't white. I then used Inkscape to trace the PNG and turn it back into an SVG. I thin used OpenSCAD to make the bookmark and remove one layer with the SVG.
This is an easy print to make happen, but rough print to get nice. I don't love how thin the top red layer is a bit thin and there's a bit of a texture around the flowers, I welcome advice on how to improve it!
- 0.6mm thick print with 0.2mm layers
- Filament change with the middle layer to make it white.
- I used a .2mm nozzle to get the detail, .4 probably looks good too!
I've included the OpenSCAD (needs BOSL2) and svg file so you can muck about, remix and improve!
