Adaptable layer height for smoother ramp.
Steps
Measured a card 63x88mm
Made a card based on that set as Hole in TinkerCad
Copied that made a solid version aligned, added 2 mm on each side except top.
Copied over 2 more times and arranged.
Made the cutout card thicker so I could rotate 1 degree and dropped to create the ramp.
