Model information

This is the multi-part version of the lightsaber. It has been broken into different parts so they can be printed separately in different colors then glued together. There are locators for making the parts easy to glue on. The cap is screwed on so the blades can be printed separately then inserted or replaced. You will need to do some filament swaps at layer heights for a full color version.

This version is Saber Plug compatible! This is a print-in-place spring-loaded cap that is printed separately to retain the blades when not in use. The plug positivity locks onto a groove on the ID of the hilt. There is also a optional cap with a D-ring.

There are two versions of the grip. One with supports and one without. The built in supports worked perfect for me, make sure you print at .2mm with a .4mm nozzle.

None of the parts require supports, for best results use a .4mm nozzle. You can print the blades all at once concentrically or one at a time in vase mode. Find detailed instructions on how to print collapsing swords on my website.
