This model is 1/5th of a circle going around a 60T chainring (130mm BCD). It fastens with any kind of metal wire that is twistable.
Why not screws ?
I tried a design with screws but there is little clearance, both from the dérailleur and the lower chainring (when the chain is on the lower chainring, it should not scrape the screw heads)
Other sizes than 60T ?
I don't know, but this fastens to the hole pattern and may work with 58T,59T or 61T, as long as the same pattern of oval holes is used on the chainring
Other 60T chainring designs ?
This model is not compatible with other chainring designs than the one featured in the pictures, it needs those holes for mounting against
Features
- high-radius enough to prevent the chain from falling off while shifting (aggressively)
- low-radius enough for clearing other parts like the dérailleur cage
- print bed texture shows on the front
- fastening system needs no tools
- fastening system looks janky
- clearance between 1/5ths makes mounting behind the pedal arm easy
Printing
- Pictured is 0.20mm layer height
- 15% infill good enough
- PETG for outside
