I really liked the core concept of the Ender 3 V3 KE ptfe tube by Enderupgrades, but I use an OG Ender 3 and a creality runout sensor.
I decided to remix the sensor mount plate for compatibility with what I use. It works great for my purposes. Hopefully it can help others too.
