I designed this based on the original parts.  You can see from the pictures that they were pretty badly broken.  I measured as carefully as I could and designed the new parts to be as close as my 3D printer could get to the originals.  I had to leave off a few details that the printer just couldn't replicate.  I also made them a tiny bit thicker so they hopefully hold up to play better.  I added a little bit of material to the weak spots on the original so hopefully these won't break in the same places.  Even if they do, at least they're cheap to print!

I need to print some in white but I had black filament in the printer last night. Honestly I kinda like the black look.   I oriented the parts in the position they should be printed in.

You will need to add supports.  Normal supports work well, didn't try trees, but I imagine they would be fine too.  I set them up in this orientation to make as long a straight line as possible to increase the strength of the finished part.  They're so small that they end up being pretty much solid anyway.

I printed these on my Flashforge Adventurer 5M Pro with a .4mm nozzle and on the finest setting for that nozzle and it pushed me to want a smaller .25mm nozzle for tiny prints like this… so I ordered one.  It's not here yet.  When it gets here I may print some more with white filament to see how that looks.

The fit is tight enough to stay in place but loose enough to be safely removed.  If you paint them these tolerances might close up… so maybe give the inner section a bit of smoothing with a nail file first?

Update: Printed a set in white PLA with my new 0.25mm nozzle at the finest settings and they look great!

Added pictures.
