Original Beats Studio 3 headbands break all the time. I have already purchased several of them and Chinese imports tend to be hit and miss it terms of quality.
Band should be printed with 10% infill, if possible ends on both sides should be printed with 100% infill for strength.
Band screws have been moved to the outside to improve comfort. The band was designed to be printer friendly. Requires supports just at the ends only.
