One colorchanges every 1mm (two changes in total). When printing the upside-down version: start with white, change to red and finish with black.
You can print the model upside down to give the top surface a nice finish or you could try to use the ironing feature.
Preferably in PETG to prevent a hot drink from deforming the coaster. Some extra bed adhesion is usefull to make sure the relatively small letters stay put.
