Some of the screws were broken in my weatherproof box. I designed this as a replacement part.
I printed mine using PET-G, in a horizontal orientation and with the screwdriver slot vertical so that the stresses wouldn't cause it to delaminate. I used supports and Adaptive Variable Layer Height set to 0.5 to keep dimensions correct.

Edit: This new version has a slightly revised head now with a shoulder similar to the original screw.
