Pannier Rail (10mm) spacer
I made this due to the arrangement of our ebike battery and rear pannier rack, it allows us to use a pannier bag and clear all the rack bracing.
Quite niche, but someone might find it useful.
2x5mm zip tie per spacer, plus a 10mm OD tube
