A frame, two fan cones, and a lid makeup the whole assembly. The fan cones need to be adhered to the SDR frame. The lid on the USB end will stay in place with friction. The fan cones are intended for use with 40mm fans, specifically the Noctua 40x20mm fans using the anti-vibration pads that can be pulled into place on the fan cone.
