When I have to make the nose of my kid I use basic syringe that I found in the pharmacy but holding the head of my moving kid and taking some physiological serum is not easy.
So I make something to help :
Easy to print, just support for one parts
Unplug the tip and put inside the folowing part
after put the other and push firmly to clip the parts
you could put back the tip and clips the other parts for fingers, you could glue it for better result
After that clips the ends parts
And it's finish
You could find some holes for declips it if you need to change the syringe
that's all
