To print Blockos, place them upright in the slicer. It won't require support material as your 3D printer should be able to bridge across the hole at the base of the block. Do this for all the blocks except for the two wide block. Print that block on it's side to allow for the print in place push button. The cube shaped block has to be paused half way through the print to add a marble as a rattle.
