What is it?

It's an as-small-as-possible case around the “Kasiin NRF24+ESP32 Multi board v2.6” for the Flipper Zero.

Use the pin guard to keep it in your pocket without the pins suffering.

Comes with the Fusion 360 file, so you can make modification like adding text on top.

How to print

  • I recommend using fine layer height (0.1mm) for all parts (to preserve the details)
  • Use top-surface ironing
  • No support, print in given orientation
  • Print the buttons and switch with a brim, so they don't come off while printing
  • Parts:
    • 1x case_top
    • 1x case_bottom
    • 1x switch
    • 2x button
    • 1x pin_guard (optional)

How to assemble and use

  • If your board has long pins protruding on the bottom, you should cut them. If you don't want to do that, the bottom case has an indentation you can cut out.
  • To assemble, put the switch on the board and the buttons into the top case (face down). Then put the board in and close using the bottom case.
  • To disassemble, grab a corner and gently pull the pins down
